Hi! I’m Samantha, an NC REALTOR® (with a love for coffee) in Western NC with a desire to help my clients make smart real estate decisions! I joined the Real Estate world through my passion for all things homeownership, helping others, and growing up with house flippers - you truly appreciate a house when you make it a home! This passion is what I bring to the table to guide others in the journey of making a house a home. I will always strive to be a resource throughout the entire process to keep the stress away!

Born and raised in the mountains of North Carolina, and attending Western Carolina University business school gave me the desire to have a professional modern approach to my career. I moved back home to Morganton, NC, after college, and I’m so honored to help people achieve their real estate goals where I grew up!

From the first consult, to the closing champagne celebration & beyond, I am there for my clients as their forever agent! You shouldn’t feel stressed in one of the biggest moments and investments of your life. Communication is key in real estate… like most things in life, so I make sure my clients are prepared for their real estate experience!

A little bit about me – the gal behind the for sale sign?
First & foremost – I’m addicted to househunting with a side of coffee! I’m a homebody at heart, but I am also ALWAYS ready for the next adventure. My favorite evenings are spent searching for eggs from my lovely chickens, being a dog mom, driving around the lake, and reading a good book!

I’m also a dog mom to the cutest house hunter - and best office nap taker. I love exploring NC to enjoy the beautiful scenery and meet lovely people!
I’m a (wannabe) home-organizing connoisseur! I’ve watched all the seasons of The Home Edit, so I’m basically an expert (lol). Lastly, if you ever need to find me, I’m probably at a local coffee shop with my laptop - Central Perk Style (also expect A LOT of FRIENDS gifs)!
