My Goal

Hi! I’m Samantha, and I’m a REALTOR® in Western NC with a desire to put my clients first! I was inspired to join the Real Estate profession through my passion of helping others & growing up with house flippers. You could say love at first sight or first fixer-upper! This passion is what I bring to the table to assist others going through the process and journey of making a house a home. I will always strive to be a resource and wealth of knowledge throughout the entire process in order to ease your mind!

Growing up in the mountains of North Carolina and attending Western Carolina University gave me the desire to instill southern hospitality into my career. I moved back home to Morganton, NC, after college, and I’m so honored to help people achieve their real estate goals where I grew up!

From the first consultation, the closing champaign celebration & beyond, I am there for my clients as their forever agent! You shouldn’t feel stressed in one of the biggest moments & investments of your life. Communication is key in real estate… like most things in life, so I make sure my clients are prepared for their real estate experience!

A little bit about me – the gal behind the for sale sign?
First & foremost – I’m addicted to househunting with a side of coffee.
I’m a homebody at heart but am also ALWAYS ready for the next adventure! My favorite evenings are spent searching for eggs from my lovely chickens, being a plant mom, and driving around the lake. I love exploring NC to enjoy the beautiful scenery & meet lovely people!
I’m a (wannabe) home-organizing connoisseur! I’ve watched both seasons of The Home Edit, so I’m basically an expert. Lastly, if you ever need to find me, I’m probably at a local coffee shop with my laptop!

The foundation of my business is built on my strong desire to build long-lasting relationships with my clients (and lots of coffee), and I am here to make your dreams of selling or owning a home a reality! If you are looking for someone to put you first and be someone you can call on for any questions throughout the process, then I’m your person!
